Making the transition from high school to college can be a challenge. Finding the means to pay for a higher education can be difficult too. That’s why it’s important to research available options to offset the expense, such as grants and scholarships.
Vantage Credit Union is dedicated to helping students pursue their higher education goals. Founded as a teacher’s credit union, our roots still run deep within the educational community. Through our Quest For Education Scholarship program, we’ve awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in college scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
This year, Vantage will award ten $1,000 scholarships to qualifying members who are heading to colleges or universities across the country.
Financial need, class rank, SAT/ACT score and grade point average are not criterion for our scholarship. The application consists of:
- A student essay
- Two letters of recommendation
- Credit Union membership
