Monitoring your credit card transactions shouldn’t be a pain in the neck! With credit card alerts through the eBranch, it’s easy. Signing up is simple, and after that, monitoring your credit card activity is a breeze. You’ll receive an alert based on your chosen preference of email or text message when there’s a specific activity on your account, such as:
- Purchases greater than $50
- International purchases
- Online purchases
Once you begin receiving alerts, if you made the transaction, ignore or delete the notification. However, if you didn’t make it, contact us immediately at 314.298.0055 or 800.522.6009 during business hours, or call the number on the back of your card.
