The eBranch provides a unique and personalized experience for our members based on their banking preferences. In addition to managing accounts, it also provides members more self-service control with the ability to make, and in some cases complete, certain requests and account changes.
With that in mind, for the best user experience and full site accessibility, we recommend for members to:
- Use the most updated version of their preferred browser.
- Add our site to your whitelists if you use an ad blocker.
- Update “InPrivate,” “Incognito” and similar privacy browser settings that will prevent you from logging in to access your account information.
When I entered my Username and Password in the Member Login box, it didn’t take me to my account information. Why?
This is because our informational and banking sites are now merged into one secure site that incorporates both. So when you log in, you’re simply allowing the site to now also display your account information. Once you log in, other account- and member-specific features also become available that aren’t available if you’re not logged in.
This was designed with member convenience in mind. That way, if you need to research other information on our site, you don’t have to log back in or toggle between sites to get back to managing your account(s).
Is the site secure when I’m not logged in?
Yes, the site is secure regardless of whether you’re logged in. Logging in simply allows the site to authenticate and identify who you are to also display your account and other member-specific information. Please feel free to review our Internet Security Practices for security details.
There are terms in the eBranch that are new to me. Where can I find what they mean?
We’ve included definitions and descriptions for new terms as well as terms you may already be familiar with on our eBranch Terms page.
I logged in but didn’t see my account. Why not? How do I find it?
You’ll notice you have the ability to log in from any page on our site. Since the site is now all-in-one, when you log in, you’re simply allowing the site to also display your account information, but you remain on the page you were on when you logged in until you navigate to your account dashboard. Your account dashboard is your new “home” page once you log in and is always accessible from the Member Login box, no matter where you are on the site. Simply click on your account displayed within the Member Login box. You also have the ability to go “home” by clicking on the Vantage Credit Union logo at the top left of every page. This will direct you back to your account dashboard if logged in.
I’ve entered my username or password incorrectly too many times and now I’m locked out. How do I unlock my account?

What happens when I submit a request?
The ability to submit a request online saves you from having to come into a branch or give us a call, and allows us to begin reviewing and processing your request. Our eBranch support staff receives most requests initiated online and will follow up with you to complete the request, or will route it to the appropriate Vantage department when necessary.
I have a suggestion for a new feature/function I’d like to have or the website and/or eBranch. How can I submit it?
Member feedback is the best way for us to consider and plan for future improvements! So please do let us know how you think our website and/or eBranch could be improved. You can do so right here!
