Winter Credit Card Drawing Winners Announced

At Vantage Credit Union, our commitment remains in supporting our communities and enhancing the lives of our members. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, our profits are invested back into the credit union. Whether we’re lowering rates on loans, enhancing our products, offering better interest rates, or giving out great rewards, Vantage is focused on the financial success of our members. 

Members who used their Vantage Mastercard® credit card this past winter were automatically entered into a drawing for a chance to win big! Qualified entrants made purchases or balance transfers during the offer dates and were entered into the drawing for every cumulative $1,000 they spent or transferred! Winners were randomly selected to win one of two $2,500 grand prizes or one of three $500 first-place prizes and had their prize amount applied to their balances as a thank you for using their Vantage credit card! 

Our members are often quite surprised and incredibly thankful to learn they’ve won. Edith Mueller, one of the $2,500 grand prize winners, said, "Really?! $2,500, as in two-five-zero-zero? This is incredible! You’re going to make me cry! I will certainly pass on this blessing. Thank you!"

Danna Schwerdt, Communications Specialist at Vantage, commented, "I was fortunate to have called several of the winners. I have to say, that’s probably one of the most rewarding things about my job. The winners are so thankful and happy; it’s hard not to get teary-eyed or excited with them. I love that Vantage is able to bring such joy to its members on a regular basis!"

Donna, one of the $500 first-place prizes, couldn’t have been a more deserving member to win. Upon notifying her, she exclaimed, "Oh! How wonderful! I just purchased over $250 of groceries to donate to my local food pantry! This must be God’s way of saying thank you."

Our roots go deep into our local community, and we’re proud to reward our members for their continued support and membership.
