Twin Cities is New and Improved
In mid-March, our Twin Cities branch unveiled a new and improved lobby experience, featuring an updated design along with personalized services and advanced technologies.
As part of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional member service with seamless convenience of technology, we upgraded the inside of the branch and installed a new Personal Teller Machine (PTM), an advanced technology members may have already experienced in the drive-up or another branch location.
PTMs offer the convenience of a traditional ATM with the unique, personalized experience of direct video interface with one of our Vantage tellers. With these PTMs, even at the height of the pandemic, our members were able to seamlessly conduct transactions with the same level of personal service, safety and security as the teller window. With the next level of banking at our members’ fingertips, they have access to more secure, functional, and efficient transactions.
In addition to bringing the PTM experience inside the branch, the remodeled space is more modern and provides a warm and welcoming environment for our members. Vantage associates are available to assist with the PTM, and members can meet individually with a financial coach for other lending and account management needs.
