As the year draws to a close, I’m filled with gratitude reflecting on our shared journey in 2024. This year has been a testament to the power of progress and connection, and none of it would have been possible without you—our valued members.
In 2024, we made great strides in enhancing your experience with Vantage Credit Union. One of the most impactful changes has been extending our Personal Teller service hours. Now available from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays at all drive-up PTMs, we’re providing greater flexibility to fit your schedule and ensuring you have access to personalized financial support when you need it. Additionally, we rolled out instant issue cards, giving you the convenience of receiving your debit or credit card on the spot—no more waiting—so you can manage your finances with ease and immediacy.
Beyond enhancing our services, we deepened our commitment to the community by partnering with local organizations, expanding financial literacy initiatives, and supporting events that strengthen our shared neighborhoods. Your engagement has been the cornerstone of these efforts, and together, we’ve made a lasting impact.
As we look ahead to 2025, we’re excited to share another update: a refresh to our brand. You’ll notice new colors and an updated logo that reflect our growth and continued commitment to you—our members.
