On December 1, our Greenway Chase branch reopened to the public. The lobby now features an updated, modern design that includes personalized services and advanced technologies.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our branch lobbies were temporarily closed in order to maintain safe social distance for our members and associates. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide exceptional member service with seamless convenience of technology, we took the opportunity to upgrade the inside of the branch and install Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) earlier than anticipated.
PTMs offer the convenience of a traditional ATM with the unique, personalized experience of direct video interface with one of our Vantage tellers. With the next level of banking at our members’ fingertips, they have access to more secure, functional, and efficient transactions.
The remodeled space is more modern and provides a warm and welcoming environment for our members. Vantage associates are available to assist with the PTMs, and members can meet individually with a financial coach for other lending and account management needs.
